Stress!!!

Today Who HASN’T heard of covid-19.

Don’t forget to wash your hand stay social distance from people and connected all at the same time and take care of YOU.

A few tips of how to do that are:

  1. Take deep breaths when YOU feel enough is enough, stretch YOUR muscles, or meditate YOUR mind to another place .
  2. Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals.
  3. Despite busy days try to exercise regularly.
  4. Get plenty enough sleep.

Most important of all limit YOUR covid-19 exposure coverage.
