After YOU get in the habit of day after day hard work does pay off. OR procrastination does have its own reward system now the right now no work towards the future benefits…. the choice is yours…moderation is hard but worth it get a good night’s sleep. You need to try to form better habits or had a failed test, blown relationships, or perhaps you can take them as lessons learned to be a better you.
