According to CDC, hand sanitizers help reduce the amount of germs and bacteria on your hands, but nothing gets rid of all types of bacteria may also be not effective if you get dirt, or other crap on your hands, so you should not be used to replaced old fashioned hand washing.

If you choose to go this way by using  hand sanitizers, use one with at least 60 % alcohol and follow the CDC’s recommendations below.

We all have are favorite colors in clothes or possible sports teams we root for etc…On the sports field as any good fan knows you bleed your colors. Or perhaps that is not you.
